*Anything negative you put in your body can influence and or disrupt a healing. 

*Women menstruating should delay healing work until after it concludes.

*Water and hydration. If your brain\body is dehydrated energy healing will not work. You will also feel exhausted, ill, if the brain is dehydrated, you may have hallucinations and distrusting thoughts. Resolve this with physical IV hydration for immediate relief.
