I often encounter properties with rich histories, and sometimes that history carries more than just memories. Recently, I worked with a large estate in Mesa, AZ, which had faced significant trauma. The original owner passed away during its construction, and since my client purchased the home 12 years later, she too has experienced great loss. Needless to say, there was a heaviness surrounding the home that was undeniable.I contacted Daniel from Vega Star Healings, who I’ve worked with for years, to perform a clearing. We have tenants who, unfortunately, lost their three-year-old to drowning in a pool while at a family party. The child's parents were devastated and couldn't work or even function well, even though they had a one-year old to care for. We had no rent coming in for four months while they applied for government rental assistance. During that time we had no assurance that we would ever see any rent again, plus we paid someone to do the lawn care that they were supposed to do, we drove 50 minutes to a bookstore to buy a special book for grieving parents, and we tried to be supportive. Yet they directed a lot of animosity towards us. They blamed us for the woman having to go to the psychiatric ER several times and sent us several proofs of the visits. Neither of them were able to work for the better part of a year. 
I contacted Daniel at that time and he found a lot of negative energy in the home, which I had him clear. Within a very short time, they seemed to recover from the trauma. They had another baby, both went back to work, and were very friendly to me when I had to go there for a hot water heater issue. I own an older duplex and the tenants were a nice middle-aged couple who lived together. One day the woman called me up crying hysterically, yelling that she wanted to be removed from the lease immediately because she just found out that her life-partner had a wife. Multiple phone calls went on between us through the day. I contacted Daniel about this property, and he did a scan and found a great deal of negative energy and some bad spirits. I had him clear the home, and within a day or two, the tenants worked out their issues and went back to being a loving couple. It was quite a dramatic turn-around.

I owned a 100+ year old five-unit apartment building that got lower income tenants, but they were generally nice people who paid their rent and maintained their apartments well. Except for one unit. Nice tenants went into that apartment, but something bad happened to every one of them within a year, in terms of some kind of mental illness. Every one of them became pathological liars to us, accused us of being slumlords (nothing could be farther from the truth), accused us of keeping the temperature in the apartment at 40 degrees (it was so warm in the winter the window needed to be cracked), physically fighting with each other so that the other tenants called the police, and stuffing newspaper and paper towels in their toilet over and over (which backed the sewer up in the toilet below, made a horrible mess, and cost us a small fortune). I contacted Daniel and he did a scan and found lots of negative energy and two ghosts. I had him clear the apartment. Shortly thereafter I showed the apartment to a prospective tenant who said she was extremely sensitive to energy and that the energy in there felt really good.
