The initial feeling during the process, I felt like my body was in a vortex. Immediately after I felt a quick release of energy, followed by slight nausea, and dizzy. After a couple of minutes, the nausea subsided, and the dizziness faded after a few min. There was a slight buzz feeling that lasted for at least 15-30 min. The rest of the day felt good. Had a strong solid sleep that night, and woke up feeling great.
